Smart Lock UNIS T1

We know every project is different, but here is a list of what you can expect from our smart lock, 
created through the collaboration of our team of experts.

1. Unlock / Lock Manual Knob

By manually turning the knob to one side or the other, the door can be unlocked or locked.

2. Unlock / Lock Electric Button / Set Button

With a simple push of a button, the door can be locked or unlocked.

3. RGB circular lights, Indicate lock’s status after rotating

During each unlocking or locking process, RGB circular lights indicate the lock's status.

4. Battery Cover

By simply pressing the button on the bottom of the lock, the battery cover opens and allows for very easy battery replacement..

Easy installation

You need only 10 - 15 mins to install the Smart Lock UNIS T1 on the back of your door, throwing or changing the original lock or cylinder is not necessary. There is no damage to the door or original lock after Smart Lock UNIS T1 is installed.

Replacing the lock cylinder

If you have a Euro profile cylinder that is double-acting (key-key), there is no need to change it. If you have a cylinder with a knob (key-knob), you can simply use one of the adapters that come with our lock. Installing the Smart Lock UNIS T1 has never been easier.

Auto-lock with built-in 6-axis sensor

Unlike other manufacturers that use magnetic sensors for the auto-lock function, we went a few steps further. 

Our UNIS T1 smart lock uses a gyroscope solution and through the built-in IMU chipset (made in Japan) it achieves much better and more precise performance for correctly positioning the position of the door and realizing the automatic locking function in a safe way.

TDK IMU chipset

  • Auto-lock without a separate magnet on the door frame.
  • Combines high-precision gyroscope and IMU sensor to detect door closure in real time, triggering automatic locking instantly without manual operation.
  • The IMU chipset (Made in Japan) for auto-lock uses a built-in 6-axis TDK InvenSense (3-axis gyroscope + 3-axis accelerometer).

Access Authorization

Freely manage access authorization with the member and password function. It's organized and trackable, members are listed, and you can choose from four password types: 

  • one time, 
  • time limited, 
  • permanent and 
  • dynamic.

The Smart Life App

UNIS T1 works with the Smart Life App. The Smart Life App is a free mobile application used to control, manage, and automate smart home devices from thousands of different brands in one central place.

Core Features and Uses

  • Centralized Control: Manage smart plugs, bulbs, switches, cameras, thermostats, and sensors from various manufacturers without needing a separate app for each brand.
  • Remote Control: Check your lock and door status anytime anywhere, get to know which and when family members come and go through the log, and, importantly, you can also lock and unlock the door remotely. 
    The remote control functions require the Smart Hub H1, which is delivered together with the UNIS Smart Lock.
  • Automations & Scenes: Set rules for your devices to trigger based on time of day, weather, local sunrise/sunset, GPS location, or sensor changes.
  • Voice Assistant Integration: Connect your account to Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant for hands-free voice control.
  • Family Sharing: Share device access and home management controls with other members of your household.
